It is prohibited to sell, supply, transfer or export goods and technology which might contribute to Iran's capability to manufacture UAVs, as listed in Annex II of Regulation (EU) 2023/1529, to Iran. The transit of such goods and technology via Iran is also prohibited, as well as related technical or financial assistance and brokering services.
