These prohibit the direct or indirect provision of such services to persons connected with Russia. • legal advisory services. • services relating to a relevant infrastructure sector in non-government controlled Ukrainian territory. • services relating to tourism in non-government controlled Ukrainian territory. • internet services. • professional and business services (as specified in Chapter 6B to the Regulations).

The Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 came fully into force on 31 December 2020. They are intended to ensure that certain sanctions relating to Russia continue to operate effectively. Those persons who are designated under this regime are included on the UK sanctions list.
