Director of the Regional Branch of the All-Russian Public-State Organisation “DOSAAF” of the city of Sevastopol

Natalya Shevchuk is the head of several military-patriotic clubs and organisations operating in the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea under Russian occupation authorities. In this capacity, Natalya Shevchuk facilitates the re-education, ideological indoctrination, and militarisation of children under the guise of “rehabilitation, recreation, and education”, including programmes presented as humanitarian or peacebuilding initiatives. She promotes narratives portraying the Russian Federation as a “peacekeeping” and humanitarian actor, while disseminating pro-Russian ideology and undermining Ukrainian national identity among minors in occupied territory. Therefore, Natalya Shevchuk is supporting and implementing policies contributing to the indoctrination and militarised education of Ukrainian minors from occupied territories of Ukraine.
