Ramil Ibatullin is a Russian military leader, and Commander of the 2nd Guards Combined Arms Red Banner Army. Ramil Ibatullin is former Commander of the 90th Guards Tank Division. The 90th Guards Tank Division participated in the war of aggression against Ukraine. As a former Commander of the 90th Guards Tank Division, he is responsible for the actions of his unit. Ramil Ibatullin is therefore responsible for supporting and implementing actions which undermine the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
