July was the most active month for EU sanctions, with numerous Russian companies and individuals involved specifically in the military-industrial complex being targeted. While the US focused primarily on correcting sanctions lists, removing incorrect transliterations or simply removing certain individuals under certain lists while keeping their names under other programs, the UK targeted broader sanctions regimes, such as chemical weapons and Sudan.
