"Fibrous or filamentary materials", and prepregs, as follows: a. Carbon or aramid "fibrous or filamentary materials" having either of the following characteristics: 1. A ´specific modulus´ of 12.7 x 10 6 m or greater; or 2. A ´specific tensile strength´ of 23.5 x 10 4 m or greater; b. Glass "fibrous or filamentary materials" having both of the following characteristics: 1. A ´specific modulus´ of 3.18 x 10 6 m or greater; and 2. A ´specific tensile strength´ of 7.62 x 10 4 m or greater; c. Thermoset resin impregnated continuous "yarns", "rovings", "tows" or "tapes" with a width of 15 mm or less (prepregs), made from carbon or glass "fibrous or filamentary materials" specified in Item 2.C.7.a. or Item 2.C.7.b.
