Any software which is specified in or by the following Dual-Use Codes— a 1D003; b 2D351; c 9D001, provided that it is specially designed or modified for the development of any goods or technology specified in or by Dual-Use Code 9A012 (paragraph 1(j)); d 9D002, provided that it is specially designed or modified for the production of any thing specified in or by Dual-Use Code 9A012 (paragraph 1(j)).
