“Equipment,” tooling or fixtures specially designed for manufacturing or measuring gas turbine blades, vanes or tip shroud castings, as follows: a. Automated equipment using non-mechanical methods for measuring aerofoil wall thickness; b. Tooling, fixtures or measuring equipment for the “laser”, water jet or ECM/EDM hole drilling processes controlled by entry 9E003.c of Annex I of the Dual-Use Regulation; c. Ceramic core leaching equipment; d. Ceramic core manufacturing equipment or tools; e. Ceramic shell wax pattern preparation equipment; f. Ceramic shell burn out or firing equipment.
