• Modular analog oscilloscope systems having either of the following characteristics: 1. A mainframe with a bandwidth of 1 GHz or greater; or 2. Plug-in modules with an individual bandwidth of 4 GHz or greater
• Analog sampling oscilloscopes for the analysis of recurring phenomena with an effective bandwidth greater than 4 GHz
• Telecommunications test equipment, other than those specified in the CML or in Regulation (EU) 2021/821.
• Non-modular analog oscilloscopes having a bandwidth of 1 GHz or greater
• Electronic test equipment, other than those specified in the CML or in Regulation (EU) 2021/821
• Digital oscilloscopes and transient recorders, using analog-to- digital conversion techniques, capable of storing transients by sequentially sampling single-shot inputs at successive intervals of less than 1 ns (greater than 1 Giga Samples per Second (GSPS)), digitizing to 8 bits or greater resolution and storing 256 or more samples. Note: X.A.I.002 controls the following specially designed components for analogue oscilloscopes: 1. Plug-in units; 2. External amplifiers; 3. Pre-amplifiers; 4. Sampling devices; 5. Cathode ray tubes.

Millimeter wave enhanced vision radar imaging systems specially designed for rotary wing aircraft and having all of the following: 1. Operates at a frequency of 94 GHz; 2. An average output power of less than 20 mW; 3. Radar beam width of 1 degree; and 4. Operating range equal to or greater than 1 500 m
• Oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers and other instruments and apparatus for measuring or checking electrical quantities (excluding meters of heading 9028 ); instruments and apparatus for measuring or detecting alpha, beta, gamma, x-ray, cosmic or other ionising radiations
