b.  Precision tracking systems, usable for ‘missiles’, as follows: 1.  Tracking systems which use a code translator in conjunction with either surface or airborne references or navigation satellite systems to provide real-time measurements of in-flight position and velocity; 2.  Range instrumentation radars including associated optical/infrared trackers with all of the following capabilities: a.  Angular resolution better than 1,5 milliradians; b.  Range of 30 km or greater with a range resolution better than 10 m rms; c.  Velocity resolution better than 3 m/s. Technical Note: In 6A108.b. ‘missile’ means complete rocket systems and unmanned aerial vehicle systems capable of a range exceeding 300 km.
