Solid-state power semiconductor switches, diodes or ‘modules’, having all of the following: 1. Rated for a maximum operating junction temperature greater than 488 K (215 °C); 2. Repetitive peak off-state voltage (blocking voltage) exceeding 300 V; and 3. Continuous current greater than 1 A. Note : Repetitive peak off-state voltage in the item above includes drain to source voltage, collector to emitter voltage, repetitive peak reverse voltage and peak repetitive off-state blocking voltage.
