Explosives or detonator detection equipment, both bulk and trace based, consisting of an automated device, or combination of devices for automated decision making to detect the presence of different types of explosives, explosive residue, or detonators as follows and specifically designed components thereof: a. Explosives detection equipment for automated decision making to detect and identify bulk explosives utilising, but not limited to, x-ray (e.g., computed tomography, dual energy, or coherent scattering), nuclear (e.g. thermal neutron analysis, pulse fast neutron analysis, pulse fast neutron transmission spectroscopy, and gamma resonance absorption), or electromagnetic techniques (e.g. quadropole resonance and dielectrometry). b. Detonator detection equipment for automated decision making to detect and identify initiation devices (e.g. detonators, blasting caps) utilising, but not limited to, x-ray (e.g. dual energy or computed tomography) or electromagnetic techniques.
