Zirconium with a hafnium content of less than 1 part hafnium to 500 parts zirconium by weight, as follows: metal, alloys containing more than 50 % zirconium by weight, compounds, manufactures thereof, waste or scrap of any of the foregoing. Note: Item 2.C.15. does not control zirconium in the form of foil having a thickness of 0,10 mm or less.
