Aluminium and its alloys, other than those specified in 1C002.b.4. or 1C202.a., in crude or semi-fabricated form having either of the following characteristics: a.  ‘Capable of’ an ultimate tensile strength of 460 MPa or more at 293 K (20 °C); or b.  Having a tensile strength of 415 MPa or more at 298 K (25 °C). Technical note: The phrase alloys ‘capable of’ encompasses alloys before or after heat treatment.
