1 Subject to sub-paragraph (2), laboratory equipment for the analysis or detection of chemical substances, including any part or accessory for such equipment. 2 Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to any equipment specially designed for medical use or any part or accessory for such equipment. 3 In this paragraph, the “analysis” of chemical substances can be using both destructive and non-destructive means.
