1 Aluminium and its alloys, other than those specified in Dual-Use codes 1C002.b.4. or 1C202.a., in crude or semi-fabricated form having either of the following characteristics— a capable of an ultimate tensile strength of 460 MPa or more at 293 K (20 °C); or b having a tensile strength of 415 MPa or more at 298 K (25 °C). 2 In this paragraph, a reference to an alloy “capable of” something encompasses alloys before or after heat treatment.
